The TODO-45 offers real savings as well as improved safety features for organisations working in the aviation sector. Simple operation reduces human error and improves turnover time.

The TODO-45 has a working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F) and a working pressure of 10 bar (145 psi). TODO is committed to using the most appropriate materials for use in the aviation sector. This not only ensures a reliable connection but also eliminates the chances of contamination. Aluminium used is EN AW 6262 T6, while stainless steel is 316 L grade.
The aviation refuel coupling can transfer up to 3,000 litres per min (790 gallons per minute). This supports quick transfer times, while its built-in safety features ensure no product is lost.

TODO-45 is favoured by many organisations in the commercial, offshore and military aviation sectors. While not used for under-wing refueling, the product is often relied on for handling and transfer of fuels, whether at an external distribution centre or on the airfield. It’s compliant with ISO 45, MS24484, STANAG 3105 and British Aerospace Specification 2C14.
