TODO-45 Coupling


The TODO-45 coupling is an ISO 45 compliant ground and associated hose unit for aviation refueling. While made to industry standard dimensions, it’s not used for under-wing refueling. However, it’s often used by fuel suppliers when loading and unloading at a distribution centre, or when connecting to distribution vehicles at airfields.

Technical Information

The TODO-45 has a working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F) and a working pressure of 10 bar (145 psi). TODO is committed to using the most appropriate materials for use in the aviation sector. This not only ensures a reliable connection but also eliminates the chances of contamination. Aluminium used is EN AW 6262 T6, while stainless steel is 316 L grade.

 

The aviation refuel coupling can transfer up to 3,000 litres per min (790 gallons per minute). This supports quick transfer times, while its built-in safety features ensure no product is lost.

 Up to 10 bar (145 psi)


Product Test Pressure

 Up to 15 bar (218 psi)


Working Temperature Range

 -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F)
