TODO‑GAS Dry‑Break Tank Unit for LPG Rail Transfer

The TODO‑GAS Dry‑Break Tank Unit is the preferred solution for rail operators handling LPG. Designed specifically for loading and unloading both liquid and gas phases, this unit is available in 1” and 3” sizes. Its high‑grade stainless‑steel construction ensures reliable long‑term performance, even with corrosive or high‑pressure media. TODO‑GAS railway couplings feature 90 Shore O‑rings as standard to withstand harsh LPG transfer conditions.

Safety Pressure Tight Caps (PTCs)

Safety Pressure Tight Caps (PTCs) are another proven component in the TODO railway coupling range. Each unit is air‑tested at 25 bar prior to shipment and can serve as an official third point of closure. A red O‑ring provides a visual warning indicator in case of line failure. PTCs are fully compatible with all TODO‑MATIC and TODO‑GAS Tank Units used in rail tanker loading and train refueling systems.

TODO II Tank Units: Next-Generation Railway Couplings
