TODO-MATIC dry-break couplings are the product of over 30 years’ experience handling oil, gas and petrochemicals. This market-leading product was among the first to introduce the NATO STANAG 3756 standard and is recognised for its ability to handle a wide range of demanding applications.
Minimal residual loss and virtually zero spillage means operator safety is assured. Less leakage also means more product can be delivered to customers, translating to higher profit margins for the handler.
The TODO-MATIC coupling is recognised as a ‘best in class’ coupling and is used across many different sectors.
All TODO-MATIC dry-break couplings can be made to suit specific needs. We offer a range of different metal and O-ring grades to ensure no application is left beyond reach. For example, customers handling chemicals will benefit from 2” and 3” sizes configurations, while those working in offshore will opt for 4” and 6”.
TODO-MATIC dry-break couplings are designed to operate under harsh conditions and remain reliable even after repeat use. All units have a working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F), covering virtually every application in the field. Working pressures vary according to the material used.
Please note that working pressures are reduced for flanged products according to their individual pressure rating. For example, PN10/16 flanged products are reduced to 16 bar in stainless steel.
Max. Working Pressure
Up to 25 bar (363 psi)

From potable water to hydrochloric acid, the TODO-MATIC dry-break coupling has provided customers with a safe and easy means of transferring valuable and dangerous products for many years. Minimal operator intervention means loading and unloading is more efficient, be it on the road, rail, offshore rig or ship.
TODO offers a variety of caps and plugs for TODO-MATIC tank and hose units. They are designed to keep debris away from key areas when connections are not engaged. Materials include:
APPLICATIONS SERVED
TODO is recognised as the leading provider of couplings and accessories across many different sectors. Customers will often request a ‘TODO’ when transferring liquids and gases. Below is a list of the industries that most commonly use TODO products. Click through to read more about how our range is applied in these sectors.
LEADING AFTERMARKET SOLUTIONS
TODO products are proven in the field and have shown they can be relied on repeatedly. However, TODO recognises the taxing nature of dry-break coupling applications their tough operating environments and acknowledges that even the best solutions need regular maintenance to ensure correct function. That is why we offer service kits and OEM spares for in-field servicing, supported by the industry’s most experienced aftermarket professionals.
