What is a Dry Break Coupling?

A dry break coupling is an industrial connection system that prevents fluid loss during connection and disconnection. Unlike conventional systems, both sides remain sealed until securely connected, ensuring no product escapes.

These dry break fittings are widely used for handling hazardous, high-value, and sensitive fluids where safety, reliability, and cleanliness are critical.

TODO-MATIC dry break couplings are designed to operate under harsh conditions and remain reliable even after repeat use. All units have a working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F), covering virtually every application in the field. Working pressures vary according to the material used.

Please note that working pressures are reduced for flanged products according to their individual pressure rating. For example, PN10/16 flanged products are reduced to 16 bar in stainless steel.
