Certified Service Centre (CSC) Program
Our Certified Service Centre (CSC) program is designed for distributors of TODO products who have completed the training course performed by our Aftermarket Manager.
To qualify for the program, CSCs must meet specific criteria:
- Successfully represents and promotes the brand within their dedicated region.
- Appropriate on-site testing facilities, including air test up to 6Bar, and Hydrostatic test up to 40Bar minimum, 60Bar ideally.
- Adequate on-site stock holding of finished goods and spare parts. Approx. 10-20% of annual turnover for mentioned products.
- Successfully demonstrating the capabilities to service all mentioned products to the Aftermarket Manager during the training course.
- Purchasing required tools from Todo to perform all servicing.
