How can we help you?
TODO-GAS couplings are designed to simplify LPG handling and transfer in both liquid and vapour phases. They build on the strengths of the TODO-MATIC but have key modifications to support those working with LPG.
TODO’s LPG fittings are made with materials best matched to the unique challenges found in the sector. Users benefit from better profit margins, virtually zero leakage and improved operator safety.
Many recognisable names in the LPG sector rely on TODO-GAS couplings and accessories.
TODO-GAS 1” and 2” couplings are non-compatible with TODO-MATIC products – this ensures there is no risk of cross-contamination between LPG and other liquids or gases at the same site. Both sizes can be made from brass and stainless steel. The 3” is used for vapour recovery, often in tandem with loading and/or unloading. All three products use a push-on a twist mechanism. See below for a full list of end connections, flanges and O-ring grades.
TODO-GAS products have a working temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F), however even lower temperatures are achievable. Working pressure for brass is 10 bar (145 psi) and stainless steel is 25 bar (363 psi).
TODO is committed to using the best materials. This helps to ease operational demands when handling and transferring LPG.
TODO-GAS couplings are used in a variety of LPG applications from heavy duty Autogas vehicle refuelling to advanced vapour recovery systems. This range has a similar design to the TODO-MATIC; however, the 1" and 2" sizes are dimensionally different to stop cross contamination.
All TODO LPG products are certified to the most stringent industry regulations:
TODO offers a variety of caps and plugs for tank and hose units. They are designed to prevent ingress of dirt and water when connections are not engaged. Materials include:

APPLICATIONS SERVED
TODO is recognised as the leading provider of couplings and accessories across many different sectors. Customers will often request a ‘TODO’ when transferring liquids and gases. Below is a list of the industries that most commonly use TODO products. Click through to read more about how our range is applied in these sectors.
LEADING AFTERMARKET SOLUTIONS
TODO products are proven in the field and have shown they can be relied on repeatedly. However, TODO recognises the taxing nature of dry-break coupling applications their tough operating environments and acknowledges that even the best solutions need regular maintenance to ensure correct function. That is why we offer service kits and OEM spares for in-field servicing, supported by the industry’s most experienced aftermarket professionals.
